Our franchising department will assist you in getting your dream started with support for, site selection, leasing, design, training, and continual marketing and operational support.

Our development team will assist in site location and lease negotiations. They will assist the architect in the design of the restaurant, and the contractor during the construction phase. Special attention is always given to the décor or each location
Our operations team will assist you during the startup, with hiring and training. Our ongoing team led by our Director of Operations, will be providing ongoing support, including our corporate chef and mixologist.
Our in house marketing department will take care of your advertising strategy, design and media placement.
How much equity (cash) is required?
Depending on the concept you will need between $350,000 to $500,000 of unencumbered cash. Our shopping mall counters would require between $100,000 and $150,000.
What is the cost of a Restaurant?
The purchase of a restaurant ranges from $700,000 to $1,100,000* depending on certain factors such as, local labour and material cost, condition of the space to be leased, landlord’s contribution towards leasehold improvements and the like. Shopping mall counter restaurants range from $225,000 – $300,000.
Does Foodtastic provide financial assistance?
Foodtastic Inc. does not provide financing for franchisees, however we will help you prepare a detailed application for financing which will assist you in obtaining the required level of financing. We are also currently working with several dedicated franchise banking partners
How much are the fees?
Initial franchise fees range from $10,000 for a quick service counter to $35,000 for a full restaurant concept. Royalty fees are 5% and Advertising fees are 2%.
As an investor, do I also have to operate the restaurant?
For all independent owner/operator locations, our policy is that one of the partners with at least 25% equity participation complete our training program and be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the restaurant.
